Hello! I’m Colin, a multi-disciplinary creative, with a habit of caring deeply about the things I make, and the people I make them for.My work spans design, clothing, writing, photography and human development, but the thread running through it all is the same. Design ethos

Design has been at the centre of my life for as long as I’ve been working. I help people and brands shape ideas into something clear, memorable, and emotionally resonant.While it is often said that art should disturb the comfortable and comfort the disturbed, I believe visual communication should simply help us connect and relate to each other on a very human level. When it’s done well, it should hit a particular mark, offering an instant sense of clarity, direction, delight, or just the quiet feeling that something fits.Whether it’s identity, product, collateral, or a fully-tailored user interface, I approach every project with curiosity, detail, and a strong sense of story. Clothing + print

Clothing is the place where my design work gets to become something physical; where a story, an idea, a symbol, or a slogan can be carried out into the world on someone’s back.For over twelve years I’ve built my streetwear brand —qm.clothing— designing collections, refining artwork, hand-producing print runs, and turning ideas into pieces that people actually want to wear.I have come to understand clothing not just as a product, but as a way of communicating identity: something people choose because it says something that deeply resonates with who they are.And over the years, I've helped hundreds of other people bring their own clothing ideas to life. Life coaching + NLP

Fully accredited by the UKCPD, I coach people through the moments when life feels complicated, heavy, or unclear.My coaching style is organic, conversational, and nonsense-free. I’m not here to rewire your entire life, or to enlist you into some sort of cult. I’m like a starter motor: someone who helps you get moving again when you’ve stalled, feel stuck, or have lost momentum. You can take the wheel again from there.Most of the people I work with are navigating a transitional moment in their lives, and need temporary support which is honest, down to earth, and direct. In practice, what this looks like is a series of conversations. We walk, we talk, we find the path together, and we come up with a plan that actually feels manageable. Photography + content creation

My portrait work is about conversation rather than performance: a process rooted in collaboration, intuition, and spontaneity.I avoid awkward poses, and aim for a natural flow. I look for those moments when the guard drops: the outbreath, the softened shoulders, the flicker of who someone really is just before they think about how they look. That subtle shift from posing to simply being. That’s where the real portrait is.Creating a safe space is everything. When someone feels relaxed and unpressured, the truth emerges. I shoot slowly, gently, and with a focus on connection rather than perfection. The results are portraits that feel intimate yet soulful, effortless but quietly cinematic.I work almost exclusively with natural light, letting the environment shape the mood: soft overcast mornings, the warm glow of late afternoon, the textures that inform tone and evoke atmosphere.Whether I’m photographing creatives, businesses, or anyone curious about being seen differently, my aim is simple: capture the person, not the performance.Get in touch if you’d like to arrange a shoot.
